Mighty Proxy is a Free Proxy server promoting freedom of Speech & Information. Use of this service is restricted to, but not limited to the following:
For any illegal purpose including but not limited to the transmission or receipt of illegal material.
To contact or communicate with minors in a manner prohibited by law.
To violate copyrights or to break other forms of intellectual property law.
To engage in spamming, spoofing, hacking, indiscriminate advertising, unsolicited commercial mail, mass news posts, or any other kind of abuse of the net.
To transfer excessively large files. Files larger than a specified size are automatically cut off.
To feed a robot, automatic process, or other non-human browser.
To bypass blocking imposed by the owner of a bulletin board or discussion forum.
To transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, or hateful material of any kind or nature.
Your Privacy is important to us. Mighty Proxy keeps logs of user activity for the sole purpose of handling abuse reports. These logs contain a record of web accesses made to and through our service. These proxy logs are not revealed to anyone outside of our organization under normal circumstances. However if you use this service for spamming, spoofing or any of the other prohibited uses as described above we will report this illegal activity to the proper authorities.
